ROLLS ROYCE STAFFS GET ALLOWANCES
The Engineering
firm of Rolls Royce earlier today has confirmed that more than 14,000 staff at
Rolls Royce will be given 2000 pounds each due to the rise in the cost of living
in the UK. The first lot of workers will be 3000 workers who will get their allowances
during the August pay. The rest 11,000 workers will receive their payments
after the paying union approves the money. The 11,000 unionized workers will also receive a 4% increase in pay.
Rolls Royce
spokesperson talking to BBC claimed that 70% of its UK workforce will receive
payment and that it is also offering its shop flow staff the highest annual
pay rise for a decade.
One pound
is equivalent to 144.28KSH. For 2,000 pounds that is equivalent to 288.000 KSH.
That is to mean every highlighted staff will take home 288,000KSH home due to
the high economic levels.
This comes
weeks after LLOYDS Bank in the UK on the 13th of June announced through its
spokesperson that its staff will receive 1000 pounds each due to the rise in the
economic levels. The spokesperson claimed that the bank will give over 64,000 workers
1000 pounds each. Since a pound is equivalent to 144.28KSH that is to mean every
LLOYD Bank staff worker will receive an equivalent of 144,280 KSH.
